I have followed that and given 123-reg the information but it askes for the nameserve (they have an example of ns11.domaincontrol.com) and they say this is required before they can transfer my domain name.  

Wait for moderators or employees from Incomedi, I have my web space with another web host.

Unfortunately, this information is unavailable and our hosting spaces to not support redirects via nameservers. We currently support redirection via DNS Records only. Or you can move the entire domain to us directly.

If both of these choices are not suitable for you situation, I am afraid that it simply won't be possible to redirect your domain name to our server at this time. I'm sorry

I am wanting to move my domain name over to my website.

I bought it from 123-reg and I changed the ip address on this and I thought I had to also thought I had to change the nameserver as well. 

Is it still possible to change the domain name over to Website X5 evo

Apply for the auth code at 123-reg to move the domain.

Then give this auth code to the provider of the WebSite X5 web space, for example.
