Ahoj. Dobrý den,
po zakoupení digitálního produktu zákazník obdrží e-mail s odkazem na stažení produktu. Bohužel po kliknutí na tento odkaz se nic nestáhne. Můžete mi prosím poradit, jak to vyřešit?

Hey,
After purchasing a digital product, the customer will receive an email with a link to download the product. Unfortunately, after clicking on this link, nothing is downloaded. Can you please advise me how to resolve this?

The link would therefore have to be inserted as HTML code so that the addition "download" is present.
Since I don't have a shop for digital products, other shop operators would have to help.
