Activation Issue  en

I just tried to boot my X5 Pro and was taken to the 'Activate your licence' window. I've had this version on my desktop pc since October and already activated it back then? Anyway, I put my licence key in again but keep getting an error 'Unable to connect to the server', 'Try again'. I can't get past this and don't know what to do. Please could you advise me? Thank you

Hi Andrew, 

can you please start WebSite X5 as administrator, after having disabled firewall and antivirus and see if you can activate the license this way?
