Why I can't make new website ? I can only edit existing website, this is so annoying, I would like to use the program I have paid for even if I don't update or pay new subscription. I hope you can help me to update this problem Thanks.

if you are offline, you cannot create new websites, you can only work on projects already saved on your pc

WebsiteX5 software has nothing to do with it.
If the Internet is working for you and WebsiteX5 is not connecting, you definitely have something blocking the connection.
1) firewall
2) vpn
3) proxy

Why would WebsiteX5 need access to internet to my computer if I want to create a website that I already have the template on my computer ?

If you have saved a template on your PC as a project, you can use it to create a new site , duplicating the template, for example.
But if the template needs to be downloaded , unfortunately it requires a connection.
So does the activation of the program.
If your internet connection is working and your firewall is possibly switched off as a test, it can only be a problem under the following points:
On the PC you should check all configurations/programs that could block WebSite X5. And don't forget the "Web Protection" function or something similar of the virus scanner (e.g. Avira). This has often been the cause of problems like this...
