How to sell digital and physical products  en

It seems to me the product emails are only for Digital OR Physical products. I want to sell both, digital and physical products. I know I can put both in a shopping cart, but the choices for sending emails are limited to one or the other!

Is there a way to sell both and send the appropriate emails?

Hello. As far as I know, there is no such possibility at the moment. What exactly do you not like about the current letters?

No way to do that.... undecided with different kind of products into the cart.

Like you said "...emails are limited to one or the other..."

That's just wrong with the price of this software!

Alex, there is nothing wrong with the email terminology, it's just the fact that the shopping cart is limited to Digital OR Physical products. The new version was to have made many improvements to the Shopping Cart and didn't fix a very basic issue. They should do bett than this with 'upgrades and improvements).

One possibility would be to divide the shop into digital and physical products.

So there would then be 2 projects in WebSite X5, one for digital products and another for physical products.

The project with the more important product type would be uploaded to the main directory and the other project to a subdirectory. The projects would link to the other project.

There would then be 2 shops that can send emails independently of each other.

Hi Daniel, thank you for responding. I had thought this might be a solution and am working on getting another Domain name so as to help eliminate user confusion, I suppose I could use the same template as the original one. Anyway still thinking this through.

I truly appreciate your helpful suggestion. Seems you're the only one who truly understands the issue.
