We are having issues with product page after we've uploaded it on the live server. The product shows in the list but when you try to view a product page is shows error and it is same server we've been using that just started after an upload we made last week.

See the product list page here -> https://thedogfoodshop.com/grain-free-range-dog-food-for-adult-dogs-nigeria.php

Also we noticed there is no record of the products in the database as usual. We cleared the server files and uploaded many times again but still the same issue.

If there is nothing on the WebSpace, it cannot be displayed and therefore will not work.

Check which php version the web host is running. As of WebsiteX5 version 2023.1.2, WebsiteX5 also runs with php 8.2 and you should use this.

We are currently running on PHP 8.1 and the website have been working fine until the last upgrade we did on the website x5 software, also we were able to uploaded properly through FTP.

Contrary to version you mentioned, the minimum version stated in this thread below is PHP7.1 https://guide.websitex5.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44001791318

I don't run an online shop, I just have a demo shop to test for the community.

I have WebSiteX5 Pro 2023.3.5 and PHP 8.1 on the web space.

I export the website with Shop using the WebSiteX5 program and not with a separate FTP program, but I can't find any problems in the shop, see

Shop for testing only >> http://finde-links.de/123shop-hosteurope/produktkatalog.html

We are also not using a separate FTP program, the ftp connection is configured in the Website X5 software in order to export the website to a live server.

Maybe the moderators, the Incomedia staff or the other users of WebSiteX5 have an idea what the problem is in this case. I have no idea.

Old and new code may have mixed together on the web space. To fix this, you can rebuild the project by clicking on the preview button while holding down the Ctrl key and waiting until the progress bar has completely run through. Then delete the web space and then upload the entire website, not just the changes.

I've solved the issue now and product pages are displaying well. It was a server configuration issue.
