How to open project made on Website x5 Evo9 v.9.1.10.1972, the new version X5 evo 2023.3.5 said- "The specific project cannot be opened because it was created with a version prior to version 2023.3" ?
Thank you!

In the German forum there are two people who convert projects from this ancient version. Read how to proceed in this post (perhaps translate with Google translate).
Yasen, I believe you will need a working copy of WX5 v9 in order to open the project and export the iwzip file (step 5 export project).
Now go to https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pl/post/235384
Download optimizer, import the iwzip and the exported file can be imported into your current WX5
Note that given the vast changes in WX5 over the years (not the least being responsive code) you will almost certainly produce a better website by starting a new project and copy and paste content from the old online site.
If you can post a link to the existing old site we may be able to offer better advise.

Hi there,
unfortunately, projects created with version 9 can't be opened in WebSite X5 2023.3, I am sorry about this. We can of course convert the project file for you, but please consider the version gap between the two is very big, it is then possible that some parts of the original project may not be transferred correctly. Our suggestion is such cases is to start off a new project, possibly using one of the included templates, so to be working on a project conceived for the new version rather than on an adapted one: the result would surely look better!
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Kind regards.

Thank you all for the replies!
The good people from Germany converted my old site, so for now all is good.
Thank you!
