Hello!
I am making offers for Poland with 23% VAT. I assume that for export in individual countries it is possible to issue a 0% VAT invoice. And it works, but the purchase price remains the same as with 23% VAT. the only change is name that the VAT is 0%, but price is the same how 23% VAT.
How to solve it? When purchasing your program, with the setting that I am a customer from Poland, the description changes, stating that VAT is 0%, but the price is also reduced by tax.
Let me know how to do it!

Z tego co znam program to trzeba zrobić wersję sklepu po polsku dla kupujących z Polski, wersję angielską dla obcokrajowców kupujących z vat 0% (czyli eksport poza unię i kraje unijne z vat ue) oraz wersję angielską dla klientów indywidualnych z uni oraz firm bez vat ue ze stawkami vat lokalnymi (czyli np. 19% dla niemców, 20% dla francuzów, itp.)

what type of VAT settings are you currently using?
If you set VAT excluded, and then set different VAT % for different countries, you should have a different price during checkout. You will need to adjust the prices accordingly, however.
Here is an example with these settings (ignore the currency, it was a custom currency I had created for test reasons):
