Hello,
I hope someone can help me with a solution to the fact that since a few months the blog I have in my following website: https://www.world-best-online-casinos.com/blog/index.php simply stops working after a few hours of publishing the last article, and all articles then become invisible.
Despite all articles being in the website blog, all articles vanish for some unknown reason.
I am really frustrated and have tried all possible solutions, but all failed and the problem persists.
Thank you for your appreciate help.

Hello. Do you see the articles in the program? Do you see the article in the preview?

Hi Aleksej,
Thank you for you question in replying to me.
Yes, I do see all the articles in the program, as well as in the preview and then normally online as it should be after publishing the blog. Nothing gets lost of the work I do.
However, then, after a couple of hours from publishing, all articles in the blog become invisible to my website visitors.
As I have said above, everything is still there in the program and nothing gets lost of my work, but then I just need to re-publish it again and again and again.
Very strange situation.
When exporting to the web. then select "upload all".
Sometimes the X5 does not do it correct when it uploads "only changed".

Hi John, I have also done that: "upload all" a couple of times last week after removing all files previously published, but still nothing.
It's just driving me crazy.
What is the name of the web host?
If content on the web space simply disappears, ask the web host whether there are server problems.
1) Delete all site files from the hosting.
2) Re-upload the entire site to your hosting.
3) Clear your browser cache (https://aleksius.com/en/miscellaneous/answers-to-questions-part-1#video-tutorial).
4) Clear the cache on your hosting (if there is one). You can find out about cache on your hosting from the technical support of your hosting.
Hello Domenico,
I attempted to reach the website, but currently neither the main website nor the blog are visible.
I am assuming you are currently working on clearing your web space, in the meantime I would like to ask: what version of PHP is currently set for your hosting?

Thank you to all of you who are giving me advice!!!
I am trying one solution at the time.
Hi Eric,
I am surprised to read that you cannot even reach my website, but I can, and so have done today visitors from UK, Brazil, Poland, Romania. No, I was not working on clearing my web space.
PHP 8.1 is currently set for my hosting, and the website is hosted at Hostinger.com
The PHP versions available are the following: 7.1 - 7.4 - 8.0 - 8.1 - 8.2 - 8.3
Please, let me know if I need to update anything.
Thank you!
If I click on the link in the first post, then I see the blog, see screenshot

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your message. You see the blog just as I see it now, for the simple resason that I have removed and re-published all files again half an hour ago. I wonder how long it will last before it will "disappear" again...
But, I hope it will stay.

Well, last re-publishing of the blog only lasted 15/16 hours (being visible in my website) and then disappeared again.
It looks like a lost case for me.
The employees are not expected to be online again until Monday during office hours in Italy.
Login is no longer possible on my test pages because the program no longer wants to upload the imlogin.php file despite countless attempts.
Maybe Incomedia should check whether a virus or something similar has crept into the program.

Thank you Daniel.
Just as a test, I have published another "trial" blog on another website of mine made with WebsiteX5, BUT hosted with another hosting provider.
The situation there is even worse as the blog refuses to even appear for a second after publishing.
I have therefore come to the conclusion that there must be a problem with Incomedia WebsiteX5 program.
Let's hope they will help me sort out the issue.
I uploaded the test page with the login problems to 2 different web hosts and had the same problem with both web hosts.
The Incomedia employees have to comment on this, as a user there isn't much you can do about it.
I made a few changes to my real website with a blog and uploaded them to see if the blog also disappears after a while.

Daniel, it's interesting to see what will happen to your blog as well.
Thanks for your collaboration!
I've added a blog post and linked to the blog so you can check for yourself if the blog is still visible.
I'm going offline now and I'll be back online in about 12 hours.

Hello Domenico,
I believe the website was not visible for me because of restrictions being placed due to the topic being gambling, I was later able to access it with a VPN.
I would like to ask for some additional details.
If you keep track of the URL of one of the articles, and try to visit that page after the blog disappears, what kind of error is displayed?
If you can provide me with a copy of the project I can investigate this more closely.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with WeTransfer.com or similar services, and provide a download link at sales @ incomedia.eu and provide a download link here.
In the meantime, I would suggest also contacting your hosting provider to check if they notice any abnormal file deletions occurring on your website's root directory.
Thank you.

Hello Domenico,
I would also like to ask, what are the providers you are using?
You have a main one, and also another one you used for the test, correct?

Hi Eric,
I use two different hosting companies for different websites:
- HOSTINGER.COM (Here the blog/s disappear after 15/16 hours from publishing) and it's where I currently have the issues commented here).
- DREAMHOST.COM (Here blogs published with WebsiteX5 do not work at all, not even for a second after publishing).

Hi Domenico,
we have analyzed this issue and weren't able to replicate it: I would suggest you to contact your hosting so to verify the issue with them, because we suspect the cause of the issue is to be identified on their side.
Please let me know if you have any news. Kind regards.
