I have 2 issue on this example, How to generate a responsive picture... 

I found this one by adding width and height into the to the code. So the picture is reponsive.

<img src="https://www.afsoftware.fr/lareunion/images/ile1.png" width=100% height=100% usemap="#image-map">

But when the image size is changing the area target does not follow the sizing and so the links are not working on the good place.

Your help should be very interesting.
