Project not opening

I have created a project in 12 verion but it not opening at stating that it is made with higher verison.
but I have got one version that is 12 only. how to open that project again as I require it.

Thanks, I got the solution... Just downloaded the Software again and installed it. It started working. any way thanks for your reply.
