Email link not working with windows 11 pro

When I bring up the website eipma.org and go to contact us where there are email links, they don’t work properly in the windows 11 environment. Instead of bringing up an email form to be filled out and sent, it brings up a browser home page for both Microsoft edge and Opera. It works fine with windows 10, apple and android operating systems. There should be a way of changing the pointer to direct the link to say Microsoft Outlook instead of Edge, but I don't see a way of doing that.

Hello.I just tested both links to https://eipma.org/contact-us.html on Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.3958.Everything works fine.My default email client is Mozilla Thunderbird.
When I clicked on your link I saw the Mozilla Thunderbird window for writing a letter.
The problem is not in the link. The problem is in the default program settings for creating emails in your Windows.
Try to solve your problem like this:

But this will only work on your operating system.
