No se abre ejecuta Webside X5 Pro.  en

Hola.

Por alguna razon no se me abre el programa, lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y tampoco se abre.

Cuando clicas en el boton para abrir, se abre la ventana de "Quiereis que este programa ejecute cambios.... bla bla" le digo que si y hace como que lo va ejecutar pero nada, es como que se para el proceso....

Lo he intentado como adminstrador, desinstalandolo y volvioendolo a instalar y nada.

Lo mismo...

I have instalaed the last version 2024 2.8 and it start not working any more...

I use Windows 10. and never has problems with this program till today. maybe something crash on the new update if not let me know how to fix to run again the program.

Hello Onix,
could you please follow these steps to reinstall the software?

1) Uninstall the software normally, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Pro).
3) Restart the PC.
4) With the antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here: https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2024.2/wsx5_pro.exe

Hola Eric, thank you for your tip, but a just did all that you say and the problem keep the same, i delete the flder as you say, and intalled the program, it is on the computere but once I click the boton of the program to open it, at the first moment look like is goig to star but same rtime it stop and nothing happen.

Hello Onix,
have you tried running the software as admin while antivirus/firewall are disabled, or adding Website X5 as an exception?

Yes Eric Alredy did all that.

I also contact with microsoft to ask help on this, but still not working.

Tuve un problema similar con otro programa (Libre Office).

Utilicé CCleaner (también disponible de forma gratuita), marqué el programa allí mediante el elemento del menú "Extras" y hice clic en "Reparar".

Después de unos minutos, la reparación finalizó y pude iniciar el programa (Libre Office) normalmente nuevamente. Pero no sé si esto también funciona con WebSiteX5, puedes intentarlo.

Hello Onix,
did anything else change in the PC since this issue occurred, for example did you install any new software?
What version of Windows do you have?
You can check this in the System Information window of your computer.

Hola Eric,

Unfortunatelly still have no solved teh problem.

I have windows 10 Home 64 bits.

As i say before till now since last week the program wa running fine, so after the update stop working/opening.

And I try all the tips you give me over and over few times and nothing. Still the same,

Finaly solved.

I tried all the posible options but nothing, it was super strange becouse it was the only app that didnot work.

So at the end I had to reinstall Windows.

and now is working.
