Unable to access phpmyadmin (incomedia x5 pro hosting)

Hi Everyone,
I am using the hosting provided by Incomedia X5 Pro. I am unable to access MySQL database through phpMyAdmin. When I access the phpMyAdmin, an Error of 404 appears and the page says "Access to phpMyAdmin is only allowed through the control panel". I went to the control panel of my site and was not able to find any option for accessing the phpMyAdmin there.
It would be great if you could help me out soon. Thanks!

Hello,
the previous configuration has been restored, after an initial change by our hosting partner.
You should now be able to log into the database as usual.
