I updated the pro app to version 2023.3.2. and after that, not a single project works for us... Does anyone have this problem... Loader reaches 52-70% on different projects and it stays like that... Nothing else happens... What is this again. ..

I have opened 3 projects after the update, no problems for me.

Hello,
I am sorry about the issue.
From what you described, no error windows appear, the project's loading just halts at a certain percentage without any warning/crash?
Could you please provide me with a copy of one of these project so that I can attempt reproducing the issue and try to identify whether it is related to the projects themselves or to the software's installation?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the Export the project option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

Now it opens some projects zoomed in as if the resolution is too large... When I go to the preview via the browser, it opens normally... How to send you the projects again and start all over again, so much unnecessary waste of time... Why always after an update (at least in my case) this application names some problems...

We successfully implemented all the backups back, and we had to restart part of the projects that was bothering us...

I have to apologize to you (please accept my apologies) because it was not your fault but the fault of a third party... Userway widget, plugin on our website...
