No guide shown when pressing F1

When pressing F1 to get access to a help file I only get a message telling that something is wrong and I can [Try again]. Please view the attached screen shot.
The problem has been here for a while and I just hoped that the next release would solve it - but...
Please give me a hint what to do to get the help file.

I am sorry about the issue, you can find the guide here:

Looking at the screenshot, it seems that it may be an issue with the redirection to the correct manual: the URL shows https://help.websitex5.com/da however a danish version of the manual does not exist.
Does the same error occur even if you use that URL in a different browser, or clean your browser's cache?

Thank you for the prompt answer.
I am always using the english version with the danish content language. So the english version is perfect for me.
The first URL in your answer is working fine and I have added it to my favorites.
The second URL (https://help.websitex5.com/da) does not work in any browser.
I tried to change the content language to english but that didn't help.
Why does it try to call a danish version that does not exist?
Anyway - I have access to the guide now from outside X5. So everything is ok for now.
