Template download error

Hello!
I use website x5 pro, unfortunately, I can't use the templates because it doesn't download them, it says it can't be completed. I've already reinstalled it, deleted the appdata stuff, too. please help me.

Hi, It may be caused by corruption of some program files, have you tried reinstalling WX5?

Hy, yes, i reinstalled it, the template starts downloading, then stops 47% and says it cannot be complet

Some users, apparently mostly from Germany, are having problems with the downloads, either it's very slow or it stops in the middle.
As long as Incomedia doesn't fix the problem with slow internet connections from their servers to users, there will always be individual users who struggle with download problems.
Maybe the Incomedia employees can give tips or provide alternative download addresses to solve or circumvent the problem from Monday during office hours.

Hi! Actually it's happening with all the templates. This is probably a server error, and it's not only happening with me.
