Not an ftp problem, what is it?  en

I have an issue with my website shop.persglas.nl (sub domain of persglas.nl). When uploading I get the message as in the attachment. Pressing ignore has proven to be the best in practice, after which it simply starts up. With MijnDomein, where I host my websites. I have gone through all the options and according to them it is not an FTP problem. They also rule out other problems, after all everything works. Except the error message. What can I do about it?

Kind regards, Gert

I use WebSiteX5 Pro 2025.1.4

What path is specified for the subdomain in the web host's customer area?

The subdomain may need to be appended to the path of the domain's target directory, e.g.:

/public_html/shop

Thanks for your reply.

The problem is the specific message. Because there is NO Problem with FTP or other parameters or path.
If you can skip this message *(see appendix again) the I am satisfied.
If not.... no problem but then is remains an annoing issue.

Hello Gert,
the warning is likely due to this:

In this field you should specify a folder that has "777" (full reading and writing) access rights, so that files can be written there if necessary for one of the functions, and usually the root folder itself does not have this kind of permissions.
I would recommend creating a subfolder within the main destination folder, giving it 777 permissions (you should be able to do this in your hosting control panel) and then specifying the name of this subfolder in that field.
I remain available.
