In your admin panel (pass and login can be found in x5) you can test several mail scripts. 
test these and use the one that works for your website.

I don't know how to access this admin panel. 

I have never created a username & password for this. In fact I came to know about it today only; that there exists a control panel of Website X5 for this website.

Which email parameters are required depends on the web hosting provider and the web hosting package used.

Almost all web hosting providers require a domain email address, so don't use Gmail, GMX, or other free email addresses.
