The successfully updated version might work for someone (2025.1.7). Not for me... Slow opening of projects, slow saving, I wait 20 min to open the project... The save button spins the window in the application for at least 15 minutes... Restarted the computer, cleaned the temp folder... Do you have any other solution because this is now extremely slow to work... You closed the bug report we were responding to and I was forced to open a new one...
If you are interested in which computer it is on, it is an Asus NUC I7 13gen, 32gb memory 5 tb m2 disc...

Attenzione a NON scaricare la versione 2025.1.7 presente qui nell'HELP CENTER perchè in realtà ti installa nuovamente la versione 2025.1.7 (questo almeno fino a poche ore fa, non so se hanno sistemato il problema della versione non corretta scaricabile dal Profilo personale di ognuno degli utenti).
Cerca di installare la versione 2025.1.7 direttamente dalla prima schermata del programma, questo non puoi farlo però se sei iscritto al Canale BETA, devi quindi prima annullare l'iscrizione al Canale BETA e poi aggiornare alla versione 2015.1.7 direttamente dal software.
Se poi non è questo il tuo problema, beh, allora devi attendere pazientemente l'intervento dello staff e... pregare Dio, ormai con Incomedia non ci resta che pregare Dio e tutti i Santi del Paradiso ogni volta che c'è un problema

I am sorry for the persisting issues, so far other users have reported that the update has fixed the situation, so your project may be affected by something else.
To confirm, did you go ahead with the update through the banner displayed in the homepage, and do you now see 2025.1.7 if you check the window of WebSite X5?
If this is the case, please provide me with a copy of the project so that I can examine its behavior.
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

Eric C. Thanks for the quick reply... Today I updated to version 2025.2.4 Hoping for a fix but nothing... Everything is slow now... Project reading, review... I'm not satisfied... And as for the projects and sending them to you, I'll send you the one I'm working on urgently today for a client... It's pointless to send you all the projects... As you already know there are more than 60 of them...

I encountered no relevant slowdowns when opening and saving the project, or generating the preview.
Please go ahead with a clean reinstall with the following steps, and check the situation afterwards.
The folders to be deleted with these steps usually do not contain any projects, that by default are stored at C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro, but you can check their contents to make sure of this.
1) Uninstall the software normally, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Pro).
3) Go to the path C:\Users\Users\AppData\Local\Programs and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Pro)
4) Restart the PC.
5) With the antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here:
