Can I use downloaded free templates in free version of website x5 9? (I mean downloaded from: answers.websitex5.com/templates) I ask because I cannot install them...

The free version does not allow you to import any other template in it unfortunately. You can only test the program, create your website and upload it if you wish and use the templates you find in that version.
