Incomedia relies primarily on PayPal and Stripe, but if these two services are not available for online shops in India, Incomedia would urgently need to offer a solution for WebSite X5 users in India.

You are taking utmost efforts to help me. But unfortunately no any WX5 support person it attending this issue. 

In this matter, my client is suffering who is paying me and ultimately WX5 company as well. Now because of proper SEO of existing website, it is difficult to transfer this website to another web development tool.

It is very sad; not anyone from the company is attending us.

Normally, Incomedia support is only available Monday to Friday during office hours in Italy.

No Incomedia employee is online on Sunday.

If the information I have collected is correct, then Incomedia urgently needs to add an additional payment service provider such as Razorpay and / or PayU for its customers in India, just out of its own interest.

as Daniel mentioned, support is not available during the weekend: we are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30 (Italian time).

We currently do not support Razorpay, but I will report this as a suggestion and we will check the current situation regarding India, whereas PayU is currently integrated in WebSite X5, but only from version 2025.1, so your available version does not include this, unfortunately, and purchasing a new licence would be necessary in order to be able to use this payment method without custom code.

To upgrade to version 2025.1 I need to change my PC, which I am not going to do.

I have a laptop with Windows 10 but unable to install WX5 on it. Nothing happens after double click the icon of WX5 to install it. 

Fade up with all such issues. I don't know whether I continue designing website of just keep you writing here about a support.

my apologies, it was a mistake on my part, I checked your available versions again and 2025.1 is the latest available to you, so you would be able to access Pay U with it.
From what you described, I am assuming your main computer still has an older operating system such as Windows 7 or 8, so I would provide support for the installation on the other laptop.
Let us check the current situation on this device.
If you go to the paths C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local, are the folders Incomedia\WebSite X5 – Pro present there?
At the path C:\Program Files can the folder WebSite X5 – Pro be found?
