Contact form not working  en

I was not aware the contact form wasn't working until someone contacted me via info@ email. I tested the contact form and I received an acknowledgement email but did not receive an email with the customer contact details. 

The host provider is ionos and they checked php side of things and said that I would need an IT expert to sort it as they could not do anything more with it. 

Are there any options for this? Can Incomedia do something with the form so that it can be used effectively?  I looked at google and microsoft forms and this is not very professional.

If the writer receives an email but the recipient doesn't, then it usually helps if the check mark is removed, see screenshot

Hello Jessica,
could you provide a screenshot of the settings in Step 5 - Export ---> Upload website to the internet ---> Parameters, in the E-mail tab (the ones shown in the screenshot from Daniel W.) and the settings of the Contact Form object?
These are the same settings mentioned by Glaucio in his reply, which however was in Portuguese.

unfortunately no image was attached, you can also paste them directly into the message rather than adding them as attachments, if they are larger than the allowed size.

thank you.
Please disable the highlighted function, and also check with your provider what their recommended script it.
A common option that many providers are now enforcing for added security is SMTP or Authenticated SMTP.
I remain available.

I have been in touch with the host provider and they did give me codes that could be used for SMTP but they said they do not provide any support for this. So if I had any issues they would not be able to help me. I am not very keen to use it now as support isn't there for me. 

Are there any other options as the contact form worked very well before and haven't lost any potential clients? This is a concern just now.

have you tried turning off the function I mentioned and export again, and are you currently still using the same script or have you switched to SMTP?
