Dialogue Box, Project not closed properly

My computer froze when I attempted to wake up from sleep mode. So. I had to physically shut down and then restart. Website 5 was one of the programs open when I went into sleep mode. After restarting again, I opened the Website 5 program. When I attempted open my current Project, A dialogue box opened with the following message: “The specified project is in use or has not been closed correctly. Do you want to continue?” I don’t want to lose or corrupt any part of my project, so I’m not sure how to respond to that question. Would appreciate some help, please.

you should go ahead and attempt to open it, this way it is possible to ascertain whether it opens regularly or if anything has been corrupted and it would be necessary to restore a backup.

I went ahead and opened it. As I feared I lost my recent changes. fortunately, I can go ahead and reenter them without too much problem. Thanks for your response, Eric. I learned a valuable lesson. Never have my project open when I go into Sleep Mode.
