In November 2025 I was informed that my licence for WebSite X5 Pro was about to expire

On November 6th 2025 I paid NOK 1875.78 to upgrade the licence

I received a confirmation for the payment including an activation key

I also received a link to download the installation file

I downloaded the file and tried to install it, but it did not update the licence because I still got a message that the licence had expired.

I installed the licence on a Portable PC where it had not previously been installed, and starts as “Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro 2026.1.3”. The licence on my main computer is still “Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro 2025.2.12” even after trying to install the downloaded file.

I do not want the licence installed on the Portable PC but on my main PC, where everything else is installed. How do I proceed to update the licence on my main pc?
