Blog page has disappeared  en

I finally managed to get the latest update to go through late tonight and now, my blog page has disappeared. The page is there but there's no blog on it. It's just a blank page with the page background. It shows up in the previews from WebsiteX5 Pro but it's not uploading to your server in Italy. I realize that this is the weekend but I just sent out a bunch of blog messages telling people that there is a new article so that's going to cause me some credibility issues. Please help as soon as possible.

Since the blog page has the address .../blog/index.php, you could, if necessary, load a separate index.php file with a short version of the blog pages into this directory.

If it is only a short-term problem with the server in Italy, you could try again to export the website to the Internet.

Hello: I've had the same problem since the previous update and the recent 2026.2.2 and 2026.2.3 updates, as have other users.

The problem is the hosting antivirus, specifically Imunify360, which deletes part of the code from the /res/x5engine.php and /res/imageupload.php files on the blog's homepage. It flags these files as a threat.

According to Incomedia, they are looking for a way to replace the code in these updates, but the problem persists in version 2026.2.3.

Incomedia's solution is to remove it as a threat if your server's antivirus allows you to do so. If it doesn't (as in my case), submit a support ticket to your hosting provider so they can add it to their whitelist of false positives.

Which I think is Incomedia's job: to talk to the companies directly and tell the developers of Imunify360 that WSX5 isn't a threat.

But anyway, I had to revert to version 2026.1.1, which doesn't have that problem.

Regards.

As a temporary solution...
You can add a direct link to the article, since the articles are displaying correctly; the problem is with the main page /blog/index.php

For example:
I added a page titled "Articles" with the html extension, in which I inserted the "Article List" object that allows selection by author and by categories.

This replaced the blog's main page.

Lot's of possible solutions here. I think the answer lies with the latest update. I have a back up project but it is over a week old and out of date. I hope Incomedia can find a code fix for this soon. I don't have the time to redo all of the changes but I guess I'll have to make time.

The other thing I noticed was my "recaptcha" security protocol that has stopped working. I tried to revert back to the Website X5 captcha but it won't work with the new accessibility codes and I can't get the Google Enterprise version to work. I'm not a coder and all of that Google script coding is leaving me in the dirt. I have only a vague knowledge on how to implement their verification scripts. I added in the site ID, API code and project ID but nothing's working. I think I will revert back to a previous update that was working and figure out what to do about the recaptcha with that version. Thank you to everyone here.

I tried to revert back to version 1 and it wouldn't let me. It automatically converted it to version 3, giving me a second back up version 1. My issues remain, even after completely reloading the site to the Incomedia host service system they're contracted with. So, Mr. Galarza's theory about a firewall issue seems to be the most likely problem, which won't get resolved until sometime next week, if we're lucky.

My other question about the Google recpatcha also remains. It's not working, despite spending all morning reworking the new API's on the Google platform and inputting the codes in the blocks on the security page. If there is more I need to do, I would welcome some more suggestions, or just shut it off altogether.
