There is not a single project when I don't face any problem. I surprise whether I have paid to complete website projects of to face problems.
Now this is such a foolish issue... in a lower screen size, menu should set as a Hamburger button. But here entire menu is appearing; where maximum part of the menu is hidden. And the worst part is nobody from Incomedia support attends these issues.

that isn't true: we reply to most posts, unless other users have already provided support and we feel that there is no need to intervene, or the matter is associated with custom code.
Could you please check the size of the Menu object in this lower breakpoint to see if it goes beyond the working area?
The transformation to a Burger menu is not automatic, but rather depends on whether the size of the Menu is large enough to display all of its items.
