Update 2026.3.3 Will Not Install In X5 PRO
When trying to update our software to the latest version 2026.3.3 BETA I get this message. "The update cannot be installed on this computer, close all open programs and try again." I tried to install the update 6 times and continue getting the same message.
So I tried it on my desktop pc and get the same message.
I think the X5 server is experiencing an issue.
Can we get some help? Thank You!

If it still doesn't work on Monday, Incomedia staff should provide an alternative download link.
