Connection to Incomedia Server

I'm wondering why X5 Pro needs to contact the Incomedia Server in order for me to upload a webpage to a different hosting provider? I'm only seeing this beacuse I use a VPN which sometimes blocks X5 from connecting to the Incomedia Server (e.g. for Updates, ...).
- What is the technical reason to why this connection is needed at this step?
- What sort of Data get's sent to Incomedia Servers, every time I upload a webpage?
- Can I opt out of this data collection in accordance with EU GDPR?
Current Version: 2026.3.5. After clicking OK, the webpage can be uploaded normally via SFTP.

no data is sent to the server, the connection occurs because the software tries to check if there is any WebSite X5 hosting that should be displayed in the list of available web spaces.
