Hi, I have a problem with my license. The use in the last time you install the software and then reformat my computer when i installtells me that the code is being used. As I can send you the old codeto give me a new one (mail, post ...)? thanks

I have now set this as private, could you please kindly give me your product code/licence key so that I may check what email has been used to register it?
In order to install on your second computer, you need to launch the instalaltion add your licence key and register with the same email you used the first time.
