Page not loading

I'm very new to building a website. I got as far as getting galleries of my pictures set up and then added a page to explain what each gallery was for and now all the gallery-related pages come up with "cannot load page" with a page torn in half symbol in the middle of the screen.

it looks like the program can not find your images anymore.... did you move them or rename them? Can you attach a screenshot of the error message you see?

Thanks for responding. I got so irritated that I started the website afresh and, hey presto! - everything loaded o.k. Still don't know what went wrong.
