Can't close gap between rows

Cannot close gap between two adjacent rows. Am using Evo 9 and cannot eliminate very large gap between two rows. Have checked cell alignment as well as making sure that there are no extra spaces hanging around but nothing seems to work. Suggestions? Website is: www.kyleramone.com. Problem is at bottom of home page.

I see you only have the issue in you homepage. Could you please kindly attach a screenshot of your page layout (step 3 - Page creation) in the program so that I may see what objects have been placed in your page?
