I just formated my computer re-installed the Website x5 V9 and now I cannot open my project.iwprj Who do I email to to fix it?

Hi Samantha,
I clicked on import an existing project. The file project.iwprj does not show up in the folder where it is saved. Therefore I cannot select it.
