When a made the pages in the sitemap now when i open my ex. my Contact page there is a text "Contact" which i can't delete... :/ help me

You can remove that text in Step 4 - Advanced Settings - Styles and Models - Page Title. Please deselect the ''visible''' option, the text (Page Title) will then disappear from all the pages.
