How can we make a WEBSITE SEO FRIENDLY?

I checked on: http://www.webconfs.com/redirect-check.php/ to see if my websites were SEO friendly but they were'nt... then I checked websitex5.com and it was SEO friendly! how did you guys do this. You guys claim to have made your website with websitex5. But I dont see any options in the program of website x5 on how to make a website SEO friendly!??!

I have said this before, and I will say it again.
GOOGLE WEBMASTER TOOLS!
Use the automaticly created sitemap.
Try Googling "flammen odense" (one of my pages) and you will see that It's fully indexed.

I am in the optimization tab in my webmaster tools. Then I go to Sitemaps but I don't see an option called "Automaticaly create sitemap" Could you please tell me where I can find that option? I only see submit a sitemap... Thank you!

I have made this little "toturial" in paint, nothing special, but I think you maybe could use it.

Oh, and btw.: When you have succesfully added your sitemap, you will have to wait some time before it takes action. I added this sitemap, from the tutorial, last tuesday, but as you see, no pages have been indexed so far (blue pages). This takes time, and only google decides when it's getting online.
