Hello!

I have problem when importing CSV file in shopping cart, some letters does not show right.

I tried to upload .rar file with picture of shopping cart and CSV file, but it looks like it is not supported "The filetype you are attempting to upload is not allowed."

I will try just JPEG.

Hi Slobodan,

Your problem is related to the file encoding you are using.

Please always use UTF-8 encoding to save the file.

Thank you for advice.

I have tried to open Unicode tekst file in shopping cart, with import products option, but there is only availible option, in file selection window, a .CSV file.

I attached picture of file selection window.

You'll have to choose the encoding while you save the file.

What software are you using to edit the CSV file?

I am using excel 2007.

I do this: Save as - Excel workbook - save as type - unicode text, and as a result there is .TXT file, which is not visible in file selection window.

I just changed the extension of a .txt in .csv and it worked.

Thank You.
