Page Length (Height) setting or indicator

I am new to WebSite X5 v9. I have a special requirement that my webpages are all the same length (or at least very similar). I am not finding either a vertical 'ruler' measured in pixels, inches, or the like; nor am I finding a way to 'set' the page length. Is it possible to do either of these things in WebSite X5 v9? Thanks for reading this post.

... comunque potresti intervenire tamite codice CSS da inserire in oggetto codice html pannello esperto/css con un codice tipo questo, che poteva andare nella precedente v.8:
#imPage {height: 400px !important; }
