Exporting folder to internet

In stage 5 of website x 5, during exporting to internet, there is a window that ask me to select the folder. Then there is a tab about creating new folder, Here I am at a loss. I just click next and succeed in exporting. Can you explain please.

In the X5 EXPORT DETAILS Window you can fill in the "DESTINATION FOLDER" This is usually your internet folder i.e. public_html when NEXT is clicked it will put you directly inside of this folder to upload!
