If I understand well, I have to install Website X5 on a PC (Win 7 Pro) and then, after having prepared my site, transfer it to my server with CentOS (Linux). Right? Will my server accept it? Thank you for help.

Yes! WSX5 generates pure html, css and javascript (Flash is also a option)
