Change Page Color; Altering Graphic Template

Please advise me as to how to change the page color in the graphic template which I am using. The the default page color seems to be an off white to gray spectrum. I would like to change the color scheme on the page to pure white. Please advise. My site address is www.paid2speak.com. This will allow you to judge the color scheme the template that I am using. You can change the pictures for the template abstract 3d (bottom.jpg and content.jpg) for hor and #1, the directories are:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\Templates\16.Abstract\Abstract 3D\Hor\#1\content.jpg"
and
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\Templates\16.Abstract\Abstract 3D\Hor\#1\bottom.jpg"
the 2 pictures (white-backgound) for you now follow
