il file iwzip non lo devi rinominare ma lo devi "importare" dalla finestra principale del programma "Scelta del progetto"

ho reinstallato il programma e l'ho attualizzato al evolution 9

si scarica il file, si attualizza il programma e mi esce questa maschera e non posso aprire il programma:

come ti è stato già suggerito, segui il post indicato visto che sembra che il Framework 3.5 che non è installato correttamente.
