Full Version or Upgrade Ev9?

I have received an email from Incomedia offering a 35% discount on WebSite X5 Evolution 9. Then the word 'upgrade' is mentioned. I am intending to buy a new PC and want to know if this software that they are offering is a full version and 'stand alone' or is it like an add on to WebSite X5 Evolution 8.
As today is the last day of the offer I would be very grateful for speedy replies.......Thanks.

If it is to Evolution 9 then it's a full update. There is only one type of evolution version 9 package and that is always stand alone.

If the present offer only relates to an upgrade, then I will need to puchase the full version as I have lost the WebSite X5 Evolution 8 disk. As I have already paid for the original Ev.8 and am a registered member would it be possible to pay £35.00 for the full version?
If you are registered you can buy the update/upgrade. you need the same email address as you used for V8 (or contact Incomedia if you don't know) and your registration of V8, that you can find in your own portal of X5. If you lost that too, check with a staff member of Incomedia as well.
