Hello developers! We have a problem with the website x5 v9. We have an online store www.mebel-store.com. As of the above to your email stopped coming orders. It used to be all right. Hosted checked they said that everything is working OK. Therefore, the problem in the program. Update to the latest version did not help.Besides the addition of new product items to the site, the basket starts to work when purchasing a product in just 2 weeks. Please sort out these problems.

If before it worked then something changed on the hosting. Did they made any updated on the PHP support?
Can you please check if they support the mail() function?

Hello! On hosting okay uses version PHP 5.2. We tried to install the archive of the project and orders come right. But as the old archive month ago a lot of information has been preserved. We need to restore the project. Please help.

You can try to change email script type in the preferences in the startup screen to "low-quality-server-script" and then export it and test it. If thsi should not work try the "low-level-scrypt" and export the project again to test it. If the issue still persists contact the hosting to see if they support the MAIL () function.
