When I bought the software website x5 evolution, saying that in your site could use the software on two computers. Already tried several times to install the software on a second computer but does not work. Can you tell me why? thank you

Hello,
after installing thesoftware,open the programandmenu appearson the left side,butthe restof the windowis blank.When I try todosuchan upgrade,always gives theerrorinformationthereandthelinksaysto trylater.The problemis that italways givesthis errorsince I boughtthesoftware.SoI installtill19th of this monthand the problemisnotsolved.
Can you help me?
I bought thesoftwareso it canwork athomepcandportableat workbutI cannotsowhatmakesthe purchaseof the software hasbeenfor nothingbecauseI can notjustwork from home.

Hello Luis,

Please uninstall the .NET 3.5 Framework and WebSite X5 then use this cleanup tool:

http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip

Once the tool has finished reinstall the .NET Framework 3.5 from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150

When you finished reinstall WebSite X5.

Can it be that you installed the program on a netbook and the screen resolution is less that 1024*768?
