Hi I'm using X5 with one.com as the service provider. I want to use fpcount as the website counter but not sure if compatibl orif I need to use a certain directory ? i.e. local path of fpcount.exe

I think One.com uses Linux on its servers (but if you ask them maybe we can get more informations about). Fpcount.exe only works on Windows Server with the relative Front Page extension.
To be honest, that kind of page counter is becoming more and more obsolete and I think it can be difficult to find a server which can support it correctly nowadays.
I suggest you to relay on services like shinystats. A more precise info on your site's visits, of course, can be found using Google Analytics.
