Activation Software will not activate. All filled in correctly tells me I have successfully activated the program but when I try to run it the program wants me to start the activation process again! and again and again!

OK I tried the manual activation route - no joy. Is it just too much to ask that software we buy actually works? I have spent 2 days now trying to get this software to work.
Is this softwarea actually ready to be released to the public or does Incomedia just want the cash?
I don't know know if there any bugs in the damn thing as I can't even open it!

Hello John,
Please try following procedure and then the program will work perfectly:
Uninstall the program and then delete the WebSite X5 Folder in Program files. Delete also the Incomedia folder in C:/Users/Your username/AppData/Local/.
When you are done uninstall the .NET Framework 3.5 and then use the .net fx cleanup tool: http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
when the tool has finished you can install the .NET Framework 3.5 again from following link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150
Once the Framework has been installed again then install WebSite X5 and the program will work normally.
