Please check if you have the most recent Version of Internet Explorer installed and then uninstall WebSite X5 and download it from your profile on answers.websitex5.com i "Downloads". Once downloaded chose with the rightclick menu "run as administrator" and then install it. Once installed choose to "run as administrator" also the installed program and try again.
