is it possible to integrate access(that is a customized email client sort of) to your private email account hosted on a different server from your website on website using X5.if so then just hint me.

Unfortunately I cannot help you with the integration of other programs since it not depends directly on WebSite X5.
If the program generates custom code to add in the program I can explain you how to add it in your pages.
