Disappearing images from text objects

Having worked on a webpage in the beta version i switched now to the final and changed the template. As you may see on the left page everythig looks perfect until i edit the text fields after which the images disappear from the page as you can see in the attached files only the placeholder il visible (it does not change if i use png, gif or jpeg files)
the inserted links keep regularly working

Did you continue the project form the beta in the final release?
We reccomended to use the beta only for testing purpose and not to make projects. If it's a project from V9try to import it again but now in the final release and try it again.

I have done it both ways, either importing from the Beta Release as well as importing from Evo 9.
in both cases the html page gave me a duplicated object error if opened with Dreamweaver
Perhaps it may be of interest to someone that I was finally overriding the problem simply by changing the template before proceeding to import the file and setting the requested and final template in the new, imported project.
so it seemed rather to be an incompatibility between the two templates than an issue of the program
