You get this error because you updated the licence from Verison 9 to Version 10 and now you need to install Version 10. the installation of Version 9 after a upgrade is no more possible.

the version 10 is not yet ready the are many bugs such as the upload button see attachment and in dropdown menu i can not choes the text color it is always blackthat i want it only possible in black so thats why i want to instaal version 9 back

In Version 9 it was the same and this button is automatically generated by the browser and it's why it cannot be changed.
